Troop 524 Meeting

For All Webelos and Parents who are interested in crossing over to Boy Scouts. One of the requirements for Webelos is to visit at least 2 Boy Scout Troops in the area.
The purpose of this is to show the Webelos what happens once they become a Boy Scout. Plus it’s a good way to see which Troop you would like to move into once the time comes. Each Troop is different and they run their programs differently so you’ll will need to visit as many as you can to find a good fit for your family.
For Webelos 2 Families: We will need to know which Troop you would like to move into as soon as possible so that we can make the proper arrangements. They will need to have representatives at the Blue & Gold Ceremony in February for the Crossing Over/Arrow of Light Ceremonies that will be performed. We do not want to leave anybody out so please make sure you let Mark know by January 2010 at the latest.
