These are the yearly pack dues and enrollment forms. You can download and fill them out to join our pack. There are also forms in Spanish as well.
Pack 406 Dues

If Fees are paid all at once there is a $10 discount and you pay $72.
Pack Dues DO NOT include additional items such as field trips, camps, additional belt loops and pins, uniforms, graduation, Blue & Gold banquet, and other activities that the pack may do. Fundraising can be done to help off-set these costs.
Payment Plan
- $22 is required for a down payment
- $10 per month until the balance is paid in full.
A payment agreement form will be required if you chose to make monthly payments.
**Remember that we also have the Popcorn Fundraiser that starts in September. Any money that is raised can be used to pay for your Pack Dues, Badges, and Camp Fee’s. There are also scholarships available based on need.**
