As Tiger Leader, Mike is currently responsible for the scouts that are in 1st grade. Tiger Cubs are for boys who have completed Kindergarten (or age 7). He gives leadership by carrying out the pack program, leads the den in it’s participation at pack meetings, and serves as host for family members at the pack meetings.
